BRITAIN-SCULPTURES-OFFBEAT
CAPTION ADDITION-- ARTISTS NAME: Fiona Gould, the landlady of the Forresters Arms pub, poses with a carved stone head in the village of Kilburn in North Yorkshire, 02 October 2007. Mysterious stone heads, all featuring a riddle and the same carved symbol, appeared overnight outside numerous homes and businesses across Yorkshire. Despite CCTV footage showing three of the heads being left outside a post office and enquiries into the meaning of the carvings, new owners were puzzled as to the identity of the mystery benefactor until it emerged that the Artist is Billy Johnson of Yorkshire.
