French Rama Yade (C), Junior Minister to Foreign Affairs and Human Rights, French Robert Menard (L), Secretary General of Reporter without Borders (RSF), and Mayor of Bayeux, Patrick Gaumont (R) arrive, 06 October 2007 in Bayeux, Normandy, western France to lay a wreath in memory of Russian journalist Anna Politkovskaya on the eve of the first anniversary of her death.
