TO GO WITH AFP STORY
(FILE) Huber Matos, one of the main leaders of the Rebel Army that toppled Cuban dictator Fulgencio Batista in 1959 and then rebelled against Fidel Castro, is interviewed in his office in Miami 19 July 2006 in front of a bust of national hero of Cuba Jose Marti. Matos said in an interview with the AFP on October 9th, 2007 from Miami, that he was a good friend of revolutionary leader Ernesto 'Che' Guevara and that Castro has used Guevara as an instrument for achieving his own goals and that even today, 40 years after his death, is still using him as an icon in his political propaganda.
