FILES-CROATIA-MACEDONIA-PROESKI-MUSIC-EUROVISION-ACCIDENT
(FILES) -- A file photo taken in August 2007 shows popular Macedonian singer Tose Proeski posing before his performance in the central Croatian Adriatic island of Hvar. Proeski, who represented his country at the Eurovision song contest in 2004, was killed 16 October 2007, in a car crash in Croatia, national radio reported. The accident occurred on a highway near the eastern town of Nova Gradiska when the car in which Proeski was travelling collided with a trailer truck. Proeski, 26, was popular throughout the former Yugoslavia.
