Iraq’s Kurdistan National Assembly hold a session 17 October 2007 in Arbil, 350 kms north of Baghdad. The autonomous Kurdish regional government in northern Iraq warned Turkish MPs today that a planned vote to authorise an armed incursion to crush Kurdish rebels would be illegal.
