SWITZERLAND-CYPRUS-TALKS
A Swiss mountain village 23 March 2004, near the sealed of hotel in Burgenstock, Switzerland, where Greece and Turkey are due tomorrow to join make-or-break UN-sponsored talks here on reunifying Cyprus before May 1, when the ethnically divided Mediterranean island is due to join the European Union. The Greek and Turkish foreign ministers are due to attend the first day of negotiations.
