GERMANY-WEATHER-FLOOD-SURGE
A man walks through the flooded port of Neuharlingersiel, northwestern Germany, after low-pressure system "Tilo" reached the German North Sea coast 09 November 2007 with a wind speed of up to 130 kilometers per hour. German meteorological service DWD gave warning of thunderstorms for the North Sea coast reagion, whereas hundreds of people were evacuated from their homes on the east coast of England ahead of an expected flood surge also threatening Europe's largest port and oil platforms off the Norwegian coast.
