FRANCE-CORSICA-JUSTICE
Jean-Guy Talamoni, Corsican militant and Regional Assembly representative, arrives 12 November 2007 at the Paris courthouse, before the opening of the trial of Yvan Colonna. The latter, a 47 year-old goat herder and independence activist, is accused of murdering Erignac, 60, in February 1998 as he walked to a concert-hall in the southern Corsican city of Ajaccio. Colonna, who is the son of a former Corsican parliament member, spent several years in hiding in the mountains of Corsica after being named as a suspect in the affair. He was finally captured in 2003. AFP PHOTO STEPHAN AGOSTINI
