Hungarian Olympic 200 metres breaststroke champion Agnes Kovacs is in the line of fire after leaving an out of competition doping control before having produced the required amount of urine. The 2000 Olympic and seven-times European champion will face a full disciplinary hearing 15 November 2007 in front of the Hungarian anti-doping group to explain her version of events, which took place at a pool on the outskirts of Budapest on October 30.
