PERU-PROSPECT AGREEMENTS
Peruvian President Alan Garcia delivers a speech 21 November 2007 during the signing of 18 agreements with several prospect companies from the US (Vetra Energy Group LLC, BPZ Energy Inc, Hunt Consolidated Inc and Occidental Petroleum Corporation), Canada's (Pacific Stratus Energy Ltd), Canadian-Colombian (Talisman Energy Inc-Ecopetrol).
