(FILES) -- File picture dated 25 July 2007 shows Italy’s Cristian Moreni (Cofidis/Fra) being arrested by French gendarmes as he leaves the anti-doping car control after the 16th stage of the 94th Tour de France cycling race between Orthez and Gourette Aubisque. Moreni has been banned for two years following his failed doping test during this year's Tour de France, the Italian Cycling Federation (FCI) announced 22 November 2007. The 35-year-old tested positive for testosterone during the 11th stage of the drug-tainted tour that saw pre-race favourite Alexander Vinokourov of Kazakhstan also sent home in disgrace.
