EU Competition Commissioner Neelie Kroes holds a press conference at European Union's headquarters in Brussels 28 November 2007. EU antitrust regulators fined glass makers Asahi, Guardian, Pilkington and Saint-Gobain 487 million euros (718 million dollars) today for running an illegal price fixing cartel.
