US Ambassador to the Philippines Kristie Kenney (R) hands over seven Navy Utility Boats (NUB) and two Boston Whalers to the Philippine Navy Chief Vice Admiral Rogelio Calunsag (L) at the headquarters in Manila 04 December 2007.
