SPAIN-CONSTITUTION-DAY
Spanish Prime minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero takes part in celebrations of constitution day in parliament, 06 December 2007 in Madrid. The Spanish constitution which came into effect, 06 December 1978 changed Spanish society from Franco's dictatorial regime to a parliamentary monarchy.
