FILES - Picture taken 29 September 2007 shows the coach of German Bundesliga football team Ernst Middendorp during a match against Werder Bremen. 49-year-old Middendorp was sacked as coach of Bundesliga strugglers Arminia Bielefeld for the third time on 10 December 2007 and just three years after he was named the club's greatest ever coach.
