(FILES) Ali Hassan al-Majid, first cousin of executed president Saddam Hussein and also known as "Chemical Ali," responds to prosecution evidence during the "Anfal" genocide trial in Baghdad, 08 January, 2007. Chemical Ali was sentanced to death along with two other top Saddam aides in 2007, however Majid enters 2008 alive on death row as his sentance was delayed by on-going political disagreements in Baghdad.
