Miguel Angel Ponce de Leon prepares the cooperative truck before going to work in Montevideo, 14 November, 2007. In 2005, a group of 12 refuse collectors, some of whom were living in absolute poverty, created the Juan Cacharpa cooperative to work on rubbish classification.
