Japanese Defence Minister Shigeru Ishiba answers a question during the Upper House's committee session to resume a disputed mission backing the US-led "war on terror" at the National Diet in Tokyo, 10 January 2008. Japan's premier Fukuda has submitted legislation to restart the mission and urged the opposition to support it.
