VENEZUELA-COLOMBIA-FARC-KIDNAPPED RELATIVES
Lucy del Carmen, daughter of Colombian Police Colonel Luis Mendieta who remains kidnapped by the Colombian FARC leftist guerrillas, heads to a meeting with the press 18 January, 2008 in Caracas.
