Precinct caucus chair Cyndi Pederson helps to organize more than 460 voters into their preferred presidential groupings during Nevada state's first presidential caucus 19 January 2008 in Las Vegas, NV. The Democratic Party set up at-large precincts for this weekend's Nevada caucuses in nine casinos on the Las Vegas strip.
