A chef at Taiwan's Din Tai Fung restaurant pinches a dumpling, 27 December 2007, in Taipei. Throngs of locals and foreign tourists queue outside Din Tai Fung to sample its specialty steamed dumplings or "xiao long bao" -- the little white buns with juicy pork fillings that are cooked and served in bamboo steamers. The restaurant rolls out some 15 million steamed dumplings annually and reports a revenue of 700 million Taiwan dollars (21.63 million US) in Taiwan in 2007. AFP PHOTO/PATRICK LIN
