BELGIUM-EU-GENERAL-AFFAIRS-PALESTINE-DEMONSTRATION
Protesters staged a demonstration against the Israeli siege of Gaza, 28 January 2008 in front of the European headquarters in Brussels. Israel imposed a full blockade of the impoverished territory on January 17 but began allowing supplies of fuel and aid back in five days later amid international alarm over the situation.Placard featuring the Palestinian flag reads " A State : Palestine - A Capital: Jerusalem ".
