(FILES) This file picture taken 21 May 2007 in versailles shows Franco-Israeli businessman Claude Lipsky who was sentenced 26 july 2007 to five years in jail and ordered with his co-defendants to pay 17 million euros in compensation for conning 430 French soldiers out of their life-savings.
