US overseer in Iraq, Paul Bremer (L) and ground forces commander in Iraq General Ricardo Sanchez, preside the second meeting of the Ministerial Committee for National Security (MCNS) 05 April 2004 in Baghdad. The MCNS will facilitate and coordinate national security policy among the Ministries and agencies of the Iraqi government with responsibility for national security.
