Personal trainer Brian McNamee testifies before the House Oversight, and Government Reform committee hearing on drug use in baseball on Feburary 13, 2008 on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. McNamee claimed to have injected Major League Baseball star Roger Clemens with steroids and human growth hormone at least 16 times between 1998 and 2001.
