UKRAINE-EU-BLACK-SEA-REGION-FOREIGN-MINISTERS-MEETING
Minister for Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria Ivailo Kalfin (L), Commissioner for External Relation and European Neighbourhood Policy Benita Ferrero-Waldner (C) and Turkish Minister for Foreign Affairs Ali Babacan (R) talk prior of the opening of the Meeting of the Ministers for Foreign Affairs of the EU member states and the Black Sea region states in Kiev on February 14, 2008.
