SPAIN-WINE-SECTOR-WARMING
French oenologist Jacques Lurton tests wines during the second International Congress on Wine and Climate Change in Barcelona on February 15, 2008. The two wine specialists believe that the consequences of climate change on grapes will make wine more alcholic, it will lose its acidity and could change its aroma.
