US Secretary of Defense Robert Gates wears a USS Russell hat while touring the ship duing a stop at Pearl Harbor Naval Base, February 21, 2008 in Honolulu, Hawaii. The USS Russell was a back up ship for the USS Lake Erie that fired a missle last night to shoot down a broken satellite.
