US Secretary of Defense Robert Gates (C), CMDR Jeffrey Weston (L) and Admiral Robert Willard (R) take a tour of the USS Russell which was a backup shoot down of a broken satellite, at Pearl Harbor Naval Base, February 21, 2008 in Honolulu, Hawaii. The USS Russell was a back up ship for the USS Lake Erie that fired its missle last night to shoot down a broken satellite.
