Former Volkswagen works committee chief Klaus Volkert (R-L), lawyer Johann Schwenn, lawyer Wolfgang Kubicki and former Volkswagen personnel chief Hans-Joachim Gebauer arrive at court on February 22, 2008 in Braunschweig (Brunswick), central Germany.
