Former NatWest banker Giles Darby arrives at the Bob Casey US Courthouse to be formally sentenced, having pled guilty to a charge of wire fraud, in relation to a secret investment with former Enron executives, Andrew Fastow and Michael Kopper, on February 22, 2008 in Houston, Texas. Darby and his codefendants accepted 37 month prison sentences and agreed to repay 7.3 million USD to the Bank of Scotland - successor to NatWest - at a November 28, 2007 hearing.
