Former NatWest banker David Bermingham arrives at the Bob Casey US Courthouse to be formally sentenced, having pled guilty to a charge of wire fraud, in relation to a secret investment with former Enron executives, Andrew Fastow and Michael Kopper, on February 22, 2008 in Houston, Texas. Bermingham and his co-defendants accepted 37 month prison sentences and agreed to repay 7.3 million USD to the Bank of Scotland - successor to NatWest - at a November 28, 2007 hearing.
