BELGIUM-TRIAL-DUTROUX
Belgian pedophile Marc Dutroux arrives in the dock 07 April 2004 for his trial at the Arlon courthouse. Dutroux sustained a slight head injury 06 April 2004 after resisting being frisked by prison guards before his daily court appearance, police said. A police spokesman said the 47-year-old jobless electrician had "tried to hurt himself" after the scuffle with guards in the southeastern town of Arlon. Dutroux and his accomplices -- estranged wife Michelle Martin, right-hand man Michel Lelievre and businessman Michel Nihoul -- are charged with the kidnapping and rape of six girls and the murders of four of them.
