CORRECTION-CYPRUS-VOTE-KASOULIDES
CORRECTING NAME OF KASOULIDES WIFE
Cypriot presidential candidate Ioannis Kasoulides (C) and his wife Emi are flanked by security guards and campaign aides as they leave the polling station in Nicosia where they voted in the second round of the east Mediterranean island's presidential elections on February 24, 2008. Cypriots were voting for a new president today with communist leader Demetris Christofias in pole position to become the strategic Mediterranean island's new head of state. Christofias, 61, is running against conservative former foreign minister Ioannis Kasoulides, who narrowly won the first round of the election last week when voters dumped incumbent Tassos Papadopoulos.
