BRITAIN-JERSEY-CHILDREN-CRIME

Police in the Channel Islands said that they had discovered a trapdoor in the cellar of a former children's home where former residents have alleged they were systematically abused. Deputy Police Chief Chief Lenny Harper also revealed two more people had made claims of serious sexual abuse when they were residents at the Haut de la Garenne home in Jersey.
