Jose Miguel Arroyo, husband of President Gloria Arroyo appears before the Philippine government inquiry by the Office of the Ombudsman in Manila on March 4, 2008. Jose Miguel Arroyo faced allegations that he used his influence to help Chinese state firm ZTE Corp. win a 329-million-dollar national Internet broadband deal.
