NETHERLANDS-FOOD-SCULPTURE
At Dutch multinational Unilever in Vlaardingen, a giant sculpture made of emulsions is revealed on March 4, 2008. The sculpture was part of the opening of the new Centre of Excellence Structured Emulsions, which will focus on product development for margarine, mayonaise and cream alternatives.
