French Christophe Moreau (Agritubel/Fra) bites his bottle, on March 12 2008, during the third stage of the 66th edition of the Paris-Nice cycling race between Fleurie and Saint-Etienne (165,5 km). Finnish Kjell Carlstrom (Liquigas/Ita) won the stage ahead of French Clement L'Hotellerie (Skil-Shimano/Ned) and French Pierre Rolland (Credit Agricole/Fra).
