(FILES) -- A file photo taken on November 12, 2006 shows neo-Nazi National Democratic Party (NPD) leader Udo Voigt speaking to supporters during the NPD's party congress in Berlin. Berlin prosecutors indicted the head of the German neo-Nazi party NPD, Udo Voigt, on March 25, 2008 on charges of inciting racial hatred for pamphlets distributed before the 2006 World Cup in Germany. Voigt and two associates are accused of printing flyers with photographs of German football player Patrick Owomoyela, whose father is Nigerian, with offensive slogans. They have also been charged with defamation. AFP PHOTO DDP/MICHAEL KAPPELER GERMANY OUT
