CYCLING-WORLD-TRACK-MEN-PURSUIT
Netherlands' Pim Ligthart is pictured during a training session prior to the Men's individual pursuit qualifying round in the UCI Track Cycling World Championships on March 26, 2008 at the Manchester velodrome. Ligthart was banned with Britain's Robert Hayles after a blood screening test. The volume of red blood cells in their blood (haematocrit) was found to be over the UCI's permitted threshold of 50.
