BRITAIN-FRANCE-DIPLOMACY-SARKOZ-QUEEN
French President Nicolas Sarkozy (R) and his wife Carla Bruni-Sarkozy leave Windsor Castle in south-east England, on March 27, 2008. Britain and France are today expected to seal agreement on co-operation in the development of a new generation of nuclear power stations in the UK.
