FRANCE-BELGIUM-TRIAL-FOURNIRET
Didier Seban, lawyer of Jeanne-Marie Desramault, one of the victims of French self-confessed serial killer Michel Fourniret answers journalists' questions during Fourniret's trial on April 9, 2008, at Charleville-Mezieres courthouse, northern France. Fourniret is tried during two months for the murder of seven young women, in France and Belgium between 1987 and 2001, along with his wife and alleged accomplice Monique Olivier. Jeanne-Marie Desramault, a 22-year-old law student, was kidnapped on March 18, 1989 outside the train station in Charleville-Mezieres. In July 2004, Fourniret led investigators to her body, in the grounds of a chateau he once owned in the town of Donchery. Fourniret has confessed to her murder. AFP PHOTO FRANCOIS NASCIMBENI
