Paris Saint-Germain football club (PSG) former president Alain Cayzac holds a press conference on April 22, 2008 at the Parc des princes stadium in Paris a day after he resigned. PSG, one of the French league's flagship teams, are going through their worst ever crisis with relegation to the second division looming in the coming weeks. French media group Hersant chief executive Michel Moulin has been appointed as sports director.
