(FILES) This photograph taken 01 April 1995 shows an aerial view of a garrison which the Philippine military had identified as a Vietnamese fortification built in the Sincowe East Island, one of the many islets, shoals and reefs located in the disputed Spratly Islands. A boatload of Vietnamese tourists set sail 19 April 2004 on a maiden voyage to Hanoi-s military outposts in the Spratly Islands despite protests from China and the Phililppines, two of the six claimants to the disputed South China Sea archipelago.
