(FILES) This photo taken April 24, 2008 shows Inocencia Galparsoro (C) mayor of the northern Spanish Basque village of Mondragon's Town Hall, standing in front of the Town Hall after a council meeting in which a proposal presented by ruling Basque Nationalist Party-PNV and Basque Socialist Party PSE-PSOE to oust Galparsoro from her charge, was voted down. Three explosions, two blamed on ETA separatists, shook the Basque country in northern Spain on May 1, 2008, according to the Basque autonomous police, just hours after the jailing of the mayor of Mondragon Galparsoro.
