Boulogne-sur-Mer (northern France) prosecutor Gerald Lesigne (C, back to camera), flanked by his lawyers, stands at a hearing for the so-called Outreau paedophile fiasco where innocent people came to be wrongfully imprisoned on child sex charges, on May 19, 2008 in Paris, at the Cour de Cassation (France's highest appeals court). Lesigne was the prosecutor in the northern France district where the judge Fabrice Burgaud, 34, was in charge of the Outreau's case. AFP PHOTO JACQUES DEMARTHON
