FILES - A picture taken on November 18, 2005 shows Peter Bauer, board member of German semi-conductors giant Infineon, during a general meeting in Munich. As Infineon announced on May 26, 2008, Bauer will replace the company's chairman Wolfgang Ziebart, who will step down from his post in June 2008, due to different opinions on the future strategic orientation of the company.
