FILES - German Interior minister Wolfgang Schaeuble (R) answers journalists as Turkish Mevluede Genc wipes her eyes on May 26, 2008 in Solingen, during a ceremony commemorating the racist arson attack that shocked Germany on the house of the Genc family 15 years ago on May 29, 1993. Mevluede Genc lost two daughters, two granddaughters and one niece, aged between 4 and 27 years. Some 160,000 inhabitants of the western German town attended the ceremony.
