HONDURAS-CLIMATE-YELLOW ALERT
A black cloud covers Tegucigalpa, on May 29, 2008. The Permanent Contingency Commission (COPECO), ordered the evacuation of 300.000 people from the departaments of Choluteca, Valle, El Paraíso, Francisco Morazán (whereTegucigalpa is) and south of Olancho, which are expected to be hit by the tropical storm Alma.
