GERMANY-ECB-EUROGROUP
Spanish Finance Minister Pedro Solbes arrives on June 2, 2008 for an Eurogroup Council meeting at the European Central Bank (ECB) in Frankfurt. The annual eurozone inflation rate fell to 3.3 percent in April, from 3.6 percent in March, but remains well above the ECB's medium-term target of just under 2.0 percent.
